I work with women who feel burnt out, overwhelmed or a little lost within their own lives. Those who have spent years caring for everyone else and have quietly forgotten how to listen to themselves.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you’re not broken. You’re likely just completely exhausted.
I know that place well.
I used to live in that constant cycle of doing and pushing through. Always busy, always tired, pushing through — always busy, always exhausted, holding it all together on the outside while running on empty beneath the surface.
Until my body began to speak louder than my mind and I finally learned to listen.
That moment changed everything.
I began reconnecting — with my body, with the land around me, with energy healing, sound, rest and the simple things in life that made me feel human again.
Now my work is about holding space for others to do the same. To slow down enough to hear themselves. To trust their body again. To reconnect with who they were before life became so loud.
Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it just starts by remembering that you are allowed to put yourself back on the list too.
Come Step Into My World

We forget to water plants. Our garden grows more weeds than vegetables. The laundry frequently claims territory on our couch. And my four beautiful children ensure life remains wonderfully unpredictable — from impromptu kitchen dance parties to deep philosophical questions at bedtime.
Home is a vibrant cane farm where creeks whisper and trees sway, offering the spaciousness my soul craves after years of feeling confined. Here, alongside my husband, we're creating a life aligned with what truly matters.
Some mornings I sip celery juice as a quiet act of self-honouring. Some days I make sourdough from scratch. Other days, store-bought bread and simple moments of presence are enough. When I need to drop from my busy mind into my heart space, I turn to cacao — my ritual for remembering.
Is my life perfectly balanced? Far from it, but we're learning to live with intention even amidst beautiful imperfection. And that's the beautiful authenticity I bring to this work.
A Whole Body Approach
Alongside my energy healing work, I am currently studying homeopathy.
Homeopathy looks at the body as a whole system. Physical symptoms, emotional patterns, energy and history are all connected. Rather than suppressing symptoms, it works with the body’s own intelligence and capacity to heal.
We have been raised in a world that treats symptoms in isolation. Take this for that. Manage it. Move on. I am no longer interested in band-aids that quiet the body without listening to what it is trying to say.
Our bodies are intelligent. They are constantly communicating. Most of us were just never taught how to listen.
My work is shifting toward helping people reconnect with that conversation. Supporting the body gently, holistically and over time rather than chasing quick fixes.
This is slower work. It requires presence and curiosity.
But it creates real change.
