Terms of Service
Earth Energy Healing
Effective Date: 01 May 2025
By booking or participating in any session, event, or service offered by Earth Energy Healing (ABN: 20 639 437 826), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all in-person and online services, including intuitive healing, sound healing, intuitive guidance, and ceremonial offerings.
1. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings require 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable.

No-shows or missed appointments without prior contact will not be refunded or rescheduled.
2. Client Flexibility & Compassion
We understand life is unpredictable. If you experience an emergency or unexpected situation, please contact us directly—compassionate consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.
3. Ownership of Content
All written, visual, audio, and digital content provided by Earth Energy Healing (including but not limited to session materials, course content, PDFs, downloads, and social media materials) remains the intellectual property of Earth Energy Healing. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.
4. Content Usage
Clients are welcome to use provided content for personal use only. Redistribution, modification, or use for teaching, business, or commercial purposes is not permitted without prior consent.
5. Client Concerns & Disputes
If you’re unsatisfied with your session or experience, please contact us within 7 days. We are committed to resolving concerns in a respectful and timely manner via open communication. Formal complaints may be escalated to a mediation body if necessary under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
7. Late or Missed Payments
In the event a payment plan is offered:

Late payments may incur an administration fee.

Continued non-payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

Earth Energy Healing reserves the right to recover outstanding fees through a third-party collection service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Earth Energy Healing is not liable for:

Technical issues affecting online access (e.g., poor internet connection, platform outages)

Personal outcomes of any service or guidance

Loss or damage resulting from misuse of content
All services are offered in good faith, with the intention of supporting wellbeing. Results will vary per individual.
9. Scope of Services
Earth Energy Healing does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Our services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified health or mental health practitioner.
All offerings, including intuitive guidance, sound healing, and energy work, are intended to support personal reflection and wellbeing.
By participating in any session or service, you acknowledge that these experiences are for personal insight, growth, and entertainment purposes only, and should not be relied upon for medical, therapeutic, or legal decision-making.
10. Rule Violations & Conduct
We reserve the right to cancel, remove, or refuse service if any behaviour is deemed abusive, disruptive, or in violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken in cases of infringement, harassment, or defamation.
11. Ethical Standards
Earth Energy Healing operates in alignment with trauma-aware, inclusive, and integrity-based practices. All sessions are held in a confidential, judgment-free space with care for client wellbeing.
12. Client Behaviour Expectations
Clients are expected to:

Arrive on time and with respect for the space and facilitator

Maintain confidentiality of other participants (in group settings)

Engage with an open heart and mutual respect

Avoid any discriminatory, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour
