This retreat is for the woman who knows something needs to shift. You might not know exactly what that is yet, or maybe deep down you know but you’ve become so used to questioning yourself, listening to everyone else and getting on with life that it’s hard to hear your own voice amongst all the noise.

So much of our energy is constantly moving outwards. Into our families, work, relationships, responsibilities, other people’s needs and everything else we carry around in our heads. This day is about bringing some of that energy back to you.

We’ll explore your own energy, where it’s going and what might be draining it, along with intuition and how we can begin to recognise and trust our own inner knowing again.
